It was snowing outside and we had to change rooms because the first room the heater wasn't working room was freezing but the night staff was absolutely accommodating and very professional
Rooms were great. Very spacious. The bed was very comfy. Bathroom was clean. It smelled nice, no weird odors. I loved my stay.
First time I stay at this location and I have to be honest, I will have to think twice about staying at another La Quinta. I did not leave this hotel because it was 10pm and had 3 kids. We had an all day event and we were tired and exhausted.
I over paid for one night at this hotel. The hotel is nowhere near a 3 star. It had roof leaks, a lot of messy repair patches and not clean. You can clearly see whoever is in charge of this hotel is cutting corners in repairing and maintaining the building.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The matress was newer and a good sleep.
This hotel was horrible. I wish you could give 0 stars. We got a king room with sofa sleeper. We were traveling with a pet and chose this hotel because it didn't have a pet fee. They have special rooms for pets that are disgusting! We walked into the room for the first time and there was dog poop on the floor! We complained to the front desk so they sent a cleaning lady up. She cleaned the poop and tried to move the dresser to do something, however the dresser was glued to the floor with dog vomit. We had to sleep with the lights on because we were scared of bed bugs, the place was so nasty (bed bugs don't come out in light). On top of all of that, a man got arrested right outside our window at 2 A. M.! I know the hotel can't control this, but the other guests were incredibly rude and made fun of my family the whole time. Do not be fooled by the pictures and price, this hotel is beyond horrible!!!
The room smelled humid. I guess because the bathroom fan didn't work. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and when I say not cleaned properly I mean there were hairs and dust in every corner. There was mold in the corners of the shower/tub. The sink was missing wood trim which exposed the small nails or staples straight out. Dangerous.
