We held a four day conference here and couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was gracious and attentive, and the facilities were great. The conference room also had a built in HD projector and screen, which was a nice surprise. Thanks for all you did to make the event a success!
I received a call from Larry on today regarding an upcoming reservation he was very helpful and showed great customer service. He assured me that anyone can help and that's what happen. Thanks Hayden sweet and patient young man. I enjoy speaking to young adults that possess great interpersonal skills. You are going far Hayden KEEP UP the good work and make sure you and Larry take care of my family when they come this month.
Excellent customer service, clean room and a nice hotel overall. Would definitely recommend to others.
Rooms are clean and spacious. The two things that stick out to me is the outdoor pool hasn't been maintained in a while, as the water is dark green and smells really bad. Most hotels put covers on their pools when it's not in season. Also, the breakfasts during the week (Monday - Friday) are supposed to be ready for their guests at 630am, but the hot items weren't brought out until closer to 7am for some reason. I witnessed several guests have to leave for work or their next destination griping to the front desk saying they have to go on an empty stomach because breakfast wasn't ready when it was advertised.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and polite. I ran into one of them on every corner and each time they were so sweet. However, the hotel had a distinct smell that I wasn't too fond of, but overall a good place to stay.
