Had to purchase my own face towels bc the hotel was out of towels. The shower piece that connects to the wall fell off and had to relocate to a room on the 3rd floor. The new room had an iron but no ironing board then towards the end of the trip the toilet was clogged and over flowed onto the entire bathroom floor. Very poor front desk service and attitude. Will be demanding a full refund!
On arrival I was given one queen bed, I asked (reserved) double beds. There wasn't any ice,
- They insisted that their policy was to make a copy of my debit card to keep on file because I checked in after 11.
yes no ice machine. The front desk clerk (Collette) was very rude and rush you when you're trying to learn what they have and don't have. The breakfast was only coffee and bagels. Expected eggs and turkey sausage at least. But wait, the air went out at about 1am, called the front desk to see what they could do. She so called found me a room, so we moved and ended up with a king size bed. The rooms were nice and clean, they forgot to update the kitchenette when they updated the rooms. Bring your own ice!!
- I was checking in after hours (which isn’t stated anywhere at booking). I came to a locked office. Followed the directions provided and used the phone on the wall. Was met by a busy signal standing outside for 30 minutes.
- I was charged twice. Once by Priceline and another by extended stay.
I stay regularly at this hotel. After checking out today, I will not be back.
Seeing that you have outside room entry, other guest seem to have no consideration for other guest. Blowing horns for someone to come out, or pounding on the door at 0400 in the morning yelling to I assume their friend that it's time to roll. The place is not clean, and scared of bed bugs! and not to mention that the customer service is definitely lacking, and rude.
It truly is a shame I should feel the need to leave a review in the first place! Actually, it is a shame one must ruin it for many! Our arrival here was a very welcomed one! Tonight was entirely different. It was not the same lady and she was rude as can be! I asked for some tea and so she goes to the back to grab some! She works here not I, therefore she should know there are no cups in the rooms so I said I am sorry to be a bother could I please have a Cup as well if possible! She rudely responded by telling me I could have told her before! Coming back with my cup she looks at the lady sitting in the lobby and says to her in front of me "see what I mean and what I have to put up with"!! You ask a question and they make you run crazy like I should have to ask 10 times! I am sorry but this is not ok what so ever!! I've done lost my mind! She needs to get her ass fired and I mean tonight like now! I will not put up with this kind of thing at all! Never staying here again as long as she works here!!!
