I've stayed here countless times and i have never been treated with such disrespect in my life! The general manager Darrell told me my dog was a pitbull and my dog is mixed with beagle. My dog is a service dog and told me my dog chews on furniture. My dog is trained. Also the room they put us in smelled like marijuana. Even though they have a no smoking policy. As long as Darrell is working here i will not come back to this particular extended stay. Whoever made him a manager should've thought twice. I've seen alot of people quit because of him. You need someone who represents your hotel because he's giving it a bad name. I've worked in the hotel industry for 20+ years and by far he's the worst manager I've ever encountered.

I have to say this was an experience. Lady (I will get her name tomorrow), does nothing to Image her position or company. Booked three weeks in a row and was going to book another week. Asked for a coffee pot three days in a row when I got here and she told me everything is stacked to the ceiling and all she can not reach it, all I can reach is pots and pans. Fourth day lady handed me one within minutes. What an experience. No smiles, nothing friendly about this experience. I will let my corporate office know not to use this place at all. Only reason there is a star is because of no other option.
Our stay was Absolutely Great!!!! Anytime we are in Jackson we look forward to being your guest, Staff was very friendly. Our Thanksgiving holiday was great met some awesome people at the Hotel.
If you're thinking about booking here and expecting a clean smelling, organized stay, just cut your losses and look elsewhere. I was told that we could not get an extra towel or extra soap. The pull out couch has stains from God knows where and the phone is unoperational. Waste of money. Will not come again.
Just got her name ((porsha). Not an employee or attitude I would employ or put up with with my company. I book hotels for my guys 52 weeks a year, we secured a four year contract in Jackson Mississippi but will not be booking here again unless business courtesy and appreciation is accepted.
