The room I was given was not clean. Bd was not made up, torn and tattered chair and garbage all over the room. The television did not work in the second room. I was given a third room. So far so good.
Service is good so they get a star for that. Rooms had stained carpet and sheets. I came here one night to unwind because they had an in room hot tub. Never again.
Room 320...the heat didn’t work. Had it on for 6 hours and the room never warmed up. The door to the bathroom didn’t fit. I say that because it won’t shut, it overlaps. The hinge to keep the door secured was broken. I took a photo to let the attendant at the front desk know so we won’t be blamed for it; she smiled and said they were aware. The bath tub had hair in it. Further let us know that it wasn’t cleaned. Also the sheets on the bed was filled with hair. So not sanitary. What ever happened to good housekeeping. We pay all that money to stay a good night but yet have to worry whether bed bugs are present. They have to better. Never again will I stay at that hotel again. I have broken out in a rash and I’m still scratching my arms and legs. Filthy

The staff here at Baymont inn Jackson Mississippi has been nothing short of helpful, caring & welcoming. My family arrived here after leaving our home in FL due to Hurricane Irma. They allowed us to check in upon arrival versus waiting until the allotted time, provided us with spare towels, sheets, pillows etc... they've been phenomenal to us during our time of need. Excellent customer service!
