I think they should upgrade their prizes parents pay a lot for their children to have fun there so they should upgrade their prize so they can take a price of Chuck E. Cheese with them
Loaded with fun games. Great food and customer service.
This location definitely needs new staff and management. They were very rude and disrespectful. They did not want to do their jobs. I just asked how much one of the toys were and they got very rude. Also, a lot of their games don't work.
Place was dirty. The ladies running it were slow. Machines that weren't working were not put out of order. The cost for the game/ride was great.
Food was lacking.
Great place to bring the kids and celebrate birthday parties...nice assortment of games for kids and the food(pizza) was pretty good as well. If there is one thing that I would change is to have a separate line for staff to be able to get items faster and easier for customer that purchased the party package.
