Worst service ever! We were sat in the bar where the tv was so loud we could not hear one another talk, so we requested a quitter place which almost seemed to be a problem or so it seemed! Our food took exactly 1 hour to come out! Buffalo chicken sand and 4 sliders! While in the meantime everyone around us received their food and drinks! Unfortunately I have to say yes we were a minority and that is how they treated us! It just felt wrong!!! I would never treat anyone this way! While we waited yes we received chips and salsa and by the time our food came there was no desire to really enjoy our meal! I feel disgusted/disappointed and will not be returning here! Positive note the manager came out to apologize and split our check in half! But still not returning!!!
I have been to this location a few times. Service is always slow. It was rather busy in in there but it took forty minutes for the waitress to come to our table to take our order. Waitress was friendly so no complaints with her. I was not happy with my food. Usually I get fried pickles and they are pretty good but today they were soggy. The fried cauliflower is horrible. The cauliflower is like mashed potatoes. It was soggy and soft. Thought it was going to be crispy. Was not a fan. I also ordered shrimp tacos. They were okay, nothing special. It tastes better when you add honey Chipotle sauce in them. I've had better days at Chilli's, just not today.
Way to loud and common... Not my type of restaurant .... Food wasn't bad but service was terrible.... Will not be back any time soon...
Ribs were awesome. Onion rings were very good. The queso dip was only warm not hot. Chips was good. Only complaint The sizzling plate they brought my fajitas on had some kind of burn up gunk on it. They need to clean them better.
I only give it two stars because the food was great and cooked exactly like we asked. If it had not been for that then I would have gave no stars. The only time we seen our server was when she took our order and when she brought our food, the rest of the time we had to depend on other wait staff. Finally she brings our desert and was complaining about how she couldn't keep up with what few tables she had.
