I thought this was a hospital... Where is your hospitality and communication skills.
My husband had back surgery here via picture ugh I know had to go through his neck but Dr Louis Harkey Surgeon did a wonderful job and all the nurses and staff were very nice and helpful through our stay!
This hospital is horrible the waiting time is unreasonable we literally waited 6 hours before even getting looked at
UMC needs to train Megan in Physical Therapy at the Pavilion how to treat and communicate with disabled patients. She is a rude physical therapist.
