I have rented from Alamo before with no problems. My most recent visit I was told that I could not use my credit card to cover insurance on the car. I had to purchase your insurance. I do have personal liability insurance but was told my insurance had to be full coverage. This would have been good to know before I arrived.
Excellent customer service at the Alamo Jackson Mississippi car rental. The car was very clean and had lots of space. Easy drop off service when arriving early morning.

The selection of vehicles was great. The people working there were very helpful and friendly. The only problem I had was that the car smelled of smoke. Since it was only a one day rental we decided to just use the car but had it been more than one day we wouldn't have rented it.
