I live full time in 40' 2005 Newmar Dutch Star since 2005, and while traveling through the Jackson MS area my coach water pump failed. Phoned S&S Apache from my Google search. Anna suggested I come on in and “we’ll see what we can do”. Got there about 11:30am, filled out a bit of papers, Buddy went to work on my coach right away. Hour and half later I was fixed and out the door with new pump, new pump switch, and reasonable charge. It’s the way I like to be welcomed and helped. They were responsive, reasonable charge, and friendly. If I need help around Jackson, MS again, I’ll come to these guys for sure. I hope your experience is as positive as mine was. We didn't even purchase our camper from them, with huge regret, but they came to our rescue. Made everything right with our air and even helped us out while out of state on vacation due to a faulty thermostat. I should have known to purchase from them because my family has been doing business with them for the last 30 years. I thought the grass was greener on the other side but it turns out it is not! Go with stamina over glitz and glitter any day. Just because a place has 1000 camper sitting on the lot does not mean that they're willing to service it. S&S Apache will be the only people that I deal with from now on. They are great!!!!! I should've listened to my parents and grandparents and in laws!
Passing thru on our way to Florida and had a water leak on our water heater. Called to see if they would look at it. They said they were booked. Called Bus Supply an hour south in McComb. They got me in and out in less than an hour. I've always thought that places helped you out when you needed. No warm feelings about this place.
