Purchased a new Forest River travel trailer the day after Christmas and had a great experience. I showed up around 11am and was pulling the camper off the lot at 6. Jack, Jade and the staff were very professional and accommodating. I'd researched quite a bit and knew what I wanted prior to arriving and they didn't try to push me into anything else. The service department ensured everything was safe and ready to go with my rig/camper combination, briefed me on special considerations, gave me the literature to reference and Forest River provides a great online resource to cover the rest.

This place is absolutely amazing! This is our first experience buying a rv and they are absolutely great they have helped us out every step of the way and to top it all off we got a amazing deal. From the the sales manager Cory to the sales men Chris and Ralph and the installation guys everyone was very helpful. They have definitely made life long customers out of us.
