I went in for an oil change. The technicians did their job and I was satisfied. I had some other issues but they were addressed for the time being and I was satisfied with my experience.
Purchased a car on 12/9 and discovered later that night one of the headlights was out. Called them and was told to bring car up there Thursday morning. After waiting THREE hours was told they could not get to it today and that I needed to take car to BIG 10 on State Street?!?! Needless to say, light still not fixed, on a practically NEW car! Salesman-Mr. Williams was GREAT!! But service dept. sucks :(
