What a mess of a store and shop. Took for ever to get warrenty authorization, then wanted me to leave the bike for entire day to change a volt gauge. I continue to go despite the mess because it is close to home. I really can't believe that Harley does not expect a higher standard than this place.
Staff willing to help with anything. They don't turn their noses up on you if you own a different brand of motorcycle.
Not clean at all To go boxes and take out bags and spilled drinks and trash all over the waiting area. Not really friendly but not outright rude. It needs to be updated.
Best Harley shop in the universe. God would shop here if He had to buy them like everbody else.
