Caught him smoking a cigar in the car. Had to point out obvious things that he not only missed, but also intentionally left half cleaned that I could get up rather easily myself. Took off work early to meet him, and he was very late getting to my house. I'm Very unsatisfied. But like they say.. you get what you pay for.
Over the last several years that my vehicle has been detailed/washed by Professional Detail Mobile Services, I have never had any issues. I was always more than satisfied with the services I received and have always felt quite appreciated as a customer. Based on my situation, they have always been very accomodating and good in communicating if we needed to reschedule an appointment. As I read this review, I was rather shocked to see this type of comment. Like they say many good compliments often go unnoted, but I wanted to at least share my experiences which have been nothing but good.
I call him at 120 he said he was coming to wash my truck never showed up and he ruin my day off
Professional Detail washed my car and it was amazing. The gentleman showed up in a timely fashion and the results were amazing. My car had sparkle to it with an amazing shine. This guy is MUST TRY...............
Terrible experience. He said he would be there first thing in the am and didn't show up until 11:30 (no big deal). I look outside and he is smoking a cigar in my car while vacuuming. When my husband requested that he not smoke in the car, he argued with us about why it's ok to smoke in the car with the doors open. It was supposed be a detail, but I had to request for him to clean the driver door and console. There were crumbs left over and my car smelled musty afterwards. On top of everything he had a terrible attitude. I felt over charged for an unsatisfactory end product.
