I love it
I wish i could give no stars. The new manager doesn't even know the landlord/tenant laws. Their was a 3-4 foot snake in my apartment and instead of calling animal control they sent a random tenant to handle this situation. Do not rent from this property if you value decency.
I wish I would've done more research. The aparment they originally had me renting wasn't move in ready and expected me to move in. They had one that was but had minor issues to be fixed so I agreed because I relocated from Georgia. I been there roughly a month and I can barely get what I need fixed. Maintenance came and so called fixed the refrigerator but it started back leaking. I can't make groceries or barely keep anything in the refrigerator. I'm tired being given the run around about maintenance issues when I pay my rent. It's ridiculous here and that office is so rude it's unreal. I been so patient with all the excuses from the office.

This has been the worst experience ever. The office staff is rude and always have an attitude, they need a maintenance crew that actually fix things and not claim they have. It's ridiculous that we was given one apartment but had to move into another one because the first on wasn't move in ready when we was told the it would be ready. Not to mention we move from Georgia an had already had our utilities transferred to the first apartment. After learning that it wasn't move in ready, they offered us another apartment that still had issues and we was promised that they will get fixed. We had to pay double transfer fees for utilities and was told that there was nothing they can do about it. DO NOT MOVE HERE IT IS HORRIBLE!!!!!
