Honestly, this is the slowest Post Office that I have ever had the misfortune of having packages delivered to. Package pick up time officially starts at 3:15, but in reality that means 3:15 the following day (or later), because they rarely provide packages at 3:15 the day of delivery, despite the fact that UPS delivers packages between 2-3 hours earlier in the day. Just to make it worse, they close at 4:30, which means if you don't see your package by 3:15, odds are they aren't going to give it to you later that day.
