What a great experience. As a Canadian with an interest in civil rights I had learned a lot about the subject from various reading. It was nice to put it all together and learn some new information in a place as important as Mississippi. The price is very reasonable for the experience. The site itself is also beautiful. I recommended everyone to go!
Absolutely amazing museum. I’ve been to a lot of civil rights museums - I love learning about my heritage and the things my ancestors accomplished so that I can have a better life. This one is particularly amazing because of its location in Mississippi. An absolute must see for people of all ages. It’s interactive and the visuals are amazing.
I really enjoyed my time at both museums. I can tell the architects took their time ensuring that they closely the depict each scenery with close details! I will definitely be returning!
It were really awesome! Took my granddaughter and she were blown away with some much Mississippi history! It were a lil overwhelming also! But worth the visit! Looking so forward to visit again in years too come and can’t wait too share what I seen and heard with family and friends!
Absolutely stunning museum!!! The staff did an amazing job putting everything together and telling so many stories in such detail. It is shocking and haunting to learn the history of this state/country, and I think opening this museum and telling the stories in such honesty is a great step towards a brighter future.
