Great experience with the AAMCO location in Jackson. This was our first experience dealing with a transmission issue and Will/Dennis did a great job detailing everything throughout the entire process. Originally gave me 2 quotes depending on what they found once they removed the pan but actually wound up being cheaper than either of those quotes. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
As the owner of an antique Miata, I have learned, as Blanche Dubois did, to always depend on the kindness of strangers. When my convertible's drain tube (for rainwater) became separated from the car during a routine cleaning, at the height of hurricane season in the Gulf, I spent three frantic days trying, unsuccessfully, to reattach it. A friend recommended taking it to the team at the Jackson, MS, Aamco. In less than fifteen minutes these folks had the drain tube reattached and I was on my way. Will, Charles and all the other guys there couldn't have been nicer - or more willing to help. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. Great people, great help, great experience.
No one likes to have vehicle problems that are costly. But, having Mack at AAMCO available when I have had transmission problems sure makes it a lot easier. Mack has always been customer oriented and knows his business inside and out. I’ve had three different transmissions worked on down through the years and never had a bit of trouble. This last time I dealt with Mack and Will who were both great guys to do business with. Thanks Mack and Will for a job well done!
