I love Banfield!!! They are so good with my baby Brody!
I have been taking my dog to Banfield since she was a pup. I love the vet and nurses there, and they are great with my dog. They are more expensive than other places so they can get you on the wellness (which I have). I have never had a bad experience there with my dog and am happy to keep going.
My dog will NEVER go to this Banfield location again. I have informed corporate of the experience I received there more than once. We have a plan with them, and they have turned us away twice in emergency type situations. They also tried to turn me away one day when I HAD AN APPOINTMENT because "other dogs needed to take priority" Literally what the lady said to me. The wellness plan is a great, so I currently drive to Flowood to go to that Banfield. I live in Fondren and work in Madison, so it is defiantly not convenient, but I would never trust for my baby to go to the Jackson Banfield again.
The people at the counter are great. My girls really love their vet.
