My husband purchased a Groupon for me hoping I would have a relaxing experience. The lady was rude and I was extremely uncomfortable and ended up leaving. Once I told her I was using a Groupon her attitude got even worse! All I wanted was nice pedicure and what I got was terrible manners from a woman that is not credentialed to diagnose anything Also informed that they have caught cancer before and evaluate the feet for disease and other issues. If that's what you're looking for this is for you. I however just wanted a pedicure and good service for the hour that I had been given as "my" time. Groupon or I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Excellent service! Honored my Groupon with no problem. Both ladies made us feel more than welcome and wanted to make sure we were enjoying the service. Took our purses out to the car and buckled us in! Pedicure and manicure were great!!
Also the lady was very rude and made me feel terrible. Don't waste your time or money. If you read their website they nickel and dime everything. I feel bad for my poor husband hat thought he was getting me a unique pedicure for me for Mother's Day. Not only was the experience rough but I had to tell him that his gift was not good.
This place was better than the reviews. I'm happy I went against the crowd. My call was answered on the first ring. I was able to schedule. Mrs. Regina was a blast. She was very professional. She also carried my purse and shoes out,opened my car door, put my things in, started the car, then buckled my seatbelt so i wouldn't mess up my nails. That is the BEST customer service I've EVER received at a Spa. I'll be back!
