I’ve had a very bad experience shopping here. I do not like this store!
Decent shoes. Selection is a bit variable, sometimes better to check their website. Relatively friendly staff.
Do not shop at this store if you are black. The security guard racial profiling blacks, very rude and disrespectful to women.
I left with 3 pairs of shoes and a pair of rubber boots that was on sale. I'm happy.
Compared to the their other store in flowood, this store is like the red-headed stepchild. The selection is not nearly as good, and they have mislead me several times when I asked for help. They would tell me that their other store has a shoe and I wanted. I would then drive all the way out to the flowood store to only find out that they were not called about the shoe I wanted. I’ve actually had them tell me that they do not even have any of that style in the store! Was it that hard for them to tell me that the didn’t have the shoe in stock their before I went out on a pointless journey!
