Our car that was pulling a uhaul broke down and we needed to switch to a truck, MJ was incredibly helpful in finding us a truck and tow equipment. They didn't have much on hand as they are a small location, but he made a reservation for us and then helped us move our stuff from the trailer to the truck. Super friendly and helpful.
They have limited parking and their propane is expensive
I rented a 1 bedroom truck and they gave me a cargo van. They only have 1 of each vehicle. And that forces me to make more trips and cough up more money. Never again.
