Every since the manager Jen left its falling apart. The workers are rude. The manager 2day was cussing at the workers. They sent out cold food. When I sent it back instead of recooking, they started warming it. Tables are never clean. It's just a mess... workers learn by example, and they're not getting a good example.
No one greeted us coming in. When i attempted to seat my family of four there where no clean tables. I was told the dirty booth i was preparing to sit in was already taken by two little old ladies who looked perturbed about waiting. No one was in a hurry to clean THEIR table and when i asked if the 4 empty seats at the counter were available i was ignored....needless to say, we waited 15 minutes for nothing so we left and will never return or recommend THAT location.
I mean you can't go wrong with the waffle house. Had the cheese steak patty melt.
Food was GREAT! But the service was very slow. They had one cook and that is what made it terrible.
Employee Vivian had a bad attitude! over charged for food because I asked for carry out so she could get a tip...
