She really took the time to make sure I understood what my coverage included and made sure I was comfortable with everything, she honestly put me first and that is what an insurance company should do. I don't have to go by the office to make my payment, but I try to, just to see the girls in the office. This is a special set of ladies right here! All the ladies and Mr. Derivaux go out of there way to make sure I am taken care of properly. I feel like they really have my back. So nice!
