This is the most awesome and huge store I have ever seen. It was so much fun just to walk around and look at everything. I could spend hours here.
Patio furniture is NOT warrantied. Be aware. They will not take back a defective product. Two managers refused to resolve this matter with a simple resolution. More to come...
Saw a huge rat in the store today. The cashier was very nonchalant and said, "Yeah we know. We have been trying to catch him." WTH? Won't be back.
Kind of a fun place to go get deals on decorative house products and other things. It is a large store and there's so much to see you just have to spend time looking for that special deal. I will say the negative is that it is often quite messy due to the amount of people that come through and leave things scattered all over the place as they look for their particular item. For Christmas decorations this year the prices and the amount of items to select was huge and often quite better than the other typical stores we would shop. The quality of furniture and other similar items isn't that great although there are some really good name brands mixed in. Overall I would say it's like digging for Buried Treasure and still a lot of fun.
Amount of inventory is good. Store is often in disarray, however, making it difficult to sort through everything. Cashiers have no regard for timeliness. You will spend forever waiting in line (currently have been waiting for 15 min with only one person who has one item being checked out in front of me). Also, don't even think about taking an important call while you're in line. I did this once, and the cashier refused to ring any of my items up until I was off the phone (she was the only cashier, and there were many people in line behind me). If you can handle the wait and crappy customer service, you'll certainly find a gen or two for a decent price.
