Very low pressure sales department, loved that they just let me browse and didn't keep running up to me telling me what a great deal I could get- we went in to get a mattress set, the staff was knowledgeable about what they were selling, told us when we could expect our order to come in, and didn't try to push us into the most expensive item there. while we were waiting for our order to be placed, we browsed the nice- well put together showroom, and found several things that we liked. I generall buy new furniture about every two years, and for once, I can't wait to replace my living room furniture because I know that when I walk in there, I will find something I love!! makes me want to replace it now- and I just replaced it 6 months ago ( from a different store though) This was my first Room by Room experience, and I can't wait to go back!!!!
