This place has AMAZING customer service. There was an issue with my order, no fault of the store, it was the post office. I couldn't figure out what was going on with it. Mary Morgan took it upon herself to call multiple post offices and find out the issue. She called me to let me know what happened and then followed up the next to make sure things were still on track. She spent a lot of time making sure that my order was correct and would be received in a timely manner. It was much appreciated and hard to find good customer service like that.

I have not one good thing to say about the customer service at this store. If you buy something here , make sure you want to keep it because they will nickel and dime you for everything if you try to return it. They will charge you the shipping, if you got it with free shipping, and a "restocking fee of 25%". Also, be prepared to waste your time and energy fighting for the remainder of that money because they don't make getting the remainder of that money easy. NEVER AGAIN!!! AVOID THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!
