By far some of the BEST coffee in Jackson. Ironically, I would not have thought of the new pop shop in town as my favorite local cup of coffee, but it is! Their popsicles are also amazing, one of my favorites is the blueberry and sour cream.
I have tried nitro coffee in several places in the UK and I’ve been to hundreds of different cafes in the US and all over Europe and I can confirm without a doubt that this coffee is like no other, possibly one of the best coffees I’ve ever had.
Their popsicles are extraordinary and available in many different flavours, I believe they’re all organic and some of them are vegan!
Their latte is delicious with the right amount of foam. They also have a lot of different pops for you to pair with your latte or soda pops. Super cute place, great ambiance. If you don't know what to pair your drink with, they will certainly help you with that.

About a year ago I had the opportunity to visit the headquarters of Cascade Nitro and I learned a lot about the process of making nitrogen infused coffee. The base of the coffee being always a cold brew is mixed carefully with the right amount of nitrogen, the process is all manual, very slow and very specific but as far as I’m aware it’s always local, freshly made, chemical free and organic which makes each and every single one of their options absolutely worth every penny!
Again, if you are looking for a great cup of coffee I can't recommend them more.
