Overall great experience. The server was friendly and helpful. The food was top notch and cooked just the way a medium rare steak should be cooked.
Service was downright horrible. I Arrived at 5:55 and did not get seated untill 8:00 after continuously asking about my group's table. We watched others come and go, which is very infuriating. A whole table was ready and clear but it still took forever to be seated. It still went downhill from there. They don't even deserve a star. They treated us teenagers ridiculously but we are not kids.There was high-key no respect for us, seemingly because we aren't adults but we still should be treated with equal respect.
My friend has been talking about outback steakhouse so decided to try a bunch of appetizers. First and foremost, this place is dirty. The waitress was seating us at a booth that had a lot of dirty napkins and food under the table. I told her I was not going to sit there. She took us to another booth and the seats were dirty. Someone had to come clean the booth. The table still had some food pieces on it and under the table was a little better but still dirty. I ordered the volcano shrimp, bloom petals and coconut shrimp. I asked for everything to be made fresh and that I would wait on it. The bloom petals were cold along with the volcano shrimp. The volcano shrimp tasted more like a spicy ranch sauce. My friend ordered wings, baked potato and shrimp. He baked potato had two pieces of shredded cheese on there and barely any sour cream. She enjoyed the wings and the grilled shrimp. I also ordered a root beer that was full of ice and barely any root beer. I decided not to do dessert because I was just very disappointed overall of the service and food. I might just try another outback location but won't be coming back here.
Our server was nice but they are ridiculously slow here! Everything was cold except our salad and my husband's beer. Our glasses stayed empty most of the night. Some sides were never brought out... the bathrooms were disgusting.. this place just needs to be managed better!!
Brianna was our server. That is the 2nd time we went to that location and both times we were fortunate enough to have her. She is amazing. Food was outstanding. Highly recommend this location.
